Customised to your industry
Your industry’s metrics are unique – market share is important to an equipment distributor, but is irrelevant to a hospitality company that wants to benchmark revenue by product line or by employee counts. This is why we customise the data inputs and user dashboards to your exact requirements. If you don’t have unique requirements, we have plenty of templates that are ready-to-go.
Segment data like a pro
To ensure that only apples are being compared with apples, KPI Works provides as much segmentation as your members wish*. Assign unlimited parameters like geography, business size or business speciality against each member, and/or, assign parameters like size class, power or application to units sold – and use any combination* to segment industry data by peer groups or product types (*within carefully selected limits to prevent confidential data disclosure).
Bring your branding or use ours
If you want to deepen your relationship with members, our platform can be fully “white labelled” with your association’s logo, URL and support person sign of. Your team runs the project by adding participants and users. Alternatively, we can take care of every step as a “trusted third party” using our domain and logo, so the project is at an arm’s length from your industry-lead board and in-house executive team.
Powerful permissions engine
At the heart of KPI Works is our proprietary permissions engine that can bet configured in seconds to define close to one hundred powerful parameters that empower and restrict the users’, member companies’ or the association’s access to certain features and data. Permissions to receive automated reminders, view various industry averages, contribute data, access multiple dashboards, customise own reports and access filters for segmenting the peer group are just a few examples.
Hide or show competitors’ data
By default, your members only see the industry averages and totals alongside their own data. However, where permitted by law and desired by all of your participating members, detailed data from all participants can be disclosed after a set amount of time (e.g. 6 months), or, immediately for full disclosure.
Unlimited user accounts for each member
Whether it’s just the marketing manager, or the entire C-suite and sales development team, each member can have as many user accounts within their KPI Works dashboard as they wish for no additional cost.

KPI Works is 100% cloud-based and hosted on the world-leading Microsoft Azure platform, providing both extreme security and performance. Powerful algorithms monitor all user activity 24/7, making sure that each user gets to see only the data they are privileged to see, and nothing else. Once a KPI Works project is started, our platform engages with your members in a fully self-service mode, meaning there’s – realistically – nothing for association’s team to do! We take care of everything from reminding them to contribute their data, following them up if they are running late, checking data quality on upload, and notifying them when the data is available.

Our platform requires zero training, and can be used by your members the second they first sign in to their secure dashboard.
Members complete the reporting in minutes
For market share project, a standardised data upload template is usually designed together with your association’s executive team, and provided with explanatory notes to each member to use each cycle. Your members are also welcome to automate the data supply to KPI Works via an API. For performance benchmarking projects, KPI Works accepts native formats of your members’ Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet or other reports in their native format as exported by their preferred accounting package.
