Downloading last month’s data from Infusion

Last month’s Profit and Loss
Once you’ve launched Infusion, click on the Financials tab, expand the Reports folder, select the Profit & Loss (MTD and YTD) report, click on the As At Date selector triangle, go back one month, and finally, select the last day of the last month (1). Once the date updates, click Preview (2)
Click the Save icon (3), and select Save as XLS (4)
After you set a name for your file and save it to your computer, it’ll open up be default (5) – please check that it looks similar to the image below:
After you check and close Excel, close the Report Preview (6)
And finally close the Print Report window (7). You now have last month’s P&L saved to your computer!

Last month’s Balance Sheet
Once you’ve launched Infusion, click on the Financials tab, expand the Reports folder, select the Balance Sheet report, click on the As At Date selector triangle, go back one month, and finally, select the last day of the last month (1). Once the date updates, click the Preview button (2)
Click the Save icon (3), and select Save as XLS (4)
After you set a name for your file and save it to your computer, it’ll open up be default (5) – please check that it looks similar to the image below:
After you check and close Excel, close the Report Preview (6)
And finally close the Print Report window (7). You now have last month’s Balance Sheet saved to your computer!

Last month’s invoice count
Once you’ve launched Infusion, click on the File tab on the top left, and click on the Management Console button (1)
For the month you’d like a count of invoices for, set the first day of the month (2), set the last day of the month (3), click the refresh button (4) and you’ll see the total number of invoices raised in the bottom-left of your screen (5). Once you’ve made a note of this number, close the Management Console (6)
