What drives us

We are driven by a belief that executives want to spend more time with their families, while simultaneously running companies that provide better financial returns to shareholders.

The two ideas are usually contradictory, but in fact, are easily achieved through increased efficiency.

And efficiency is a common result of better data-driven decisions enabled by benchmarking and working with industry data.

For over 10 years, we have been fortunate to work with industry associations from around the world, and now have a user-base of around 4,000 people spread across nearly 20 countries.
